FEES, DEADLINES, PAYMENTS

Registration categories and fees are shown in the schedule, below.

Registration Fees Include:

Full conference registration allows for participation in all symposium sessions and social activities. A registration bag and abstract book will be delivered on-site to all pre-registered participants; for on-site registration, a limited number of materials will be available and will be distributed while supplies last.

One-day registration allows for participation in symposium sessions on selected days and one evening social event for each day registered.

Accompanying guest registration allows for participation in the full social program (no access to scientific sessions). The social program is priced as a package, and represents the true cost of all events. Tickets for individual events are not sold separately

  To Register:

All registrations must be made online. This does not mean that payment must be made online, although we do offer this possibility. Indeed, payment can be made online through a secure site, or you can submit your registration information online and forward payment separately. Payment may be made by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), check (payable to the “Sixth International Eosinophil Symposium”), or bank (wire) transfer.

Please note that registration for the symposium does not include a room reservation. A special meeting rate is available at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Several other nearby hotels in Bruges have reserved rooms for meeting attendants. Please contact the hotel of your choice directly before June 1st 2009 to make your reservations. Complete the online registration form, minus credit card information, and print out a copy of your form before submitting registration information. Cancellations & Refunds (applies to registration fee)

Requests must be confirmed in writing by email to Christelle De Beys cdebeys@ulb.ac.be or by fax to (0032) 71/ 378.563. All refunds are subject to a minimum €50 processing fee. Refund requests received after April 15, but by June 21 are subject to a total deduction of €150. No refunds will be issued for requests received after June 21, or for non-attendance.
