2019 Biennial Symposium

Abstract Information

Oral Abstracts

Each abstract presenter will have 15 minutes: 10 minutes for formal presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers. Standard audio-visual equipment will be available, including a projector, sound system and laser pointer.

Please bring your presentation on a USB device to the Symposium to load on the presentation laptop before the start of the daily scientific sessions. We would suggest using the time period during the breaks throughout the day in the schedule.

Poster Abstracts

Please be prepared to bring your abstract for display.  IES will provide poster tacks to secure your poster. You will have available a 4 feet high by 8 feet wide (HORIZONTAL) display area for your materials. The poster hall will be open starting Wednesday 10 July to hang your poster.

If you are unsure of your poster number you can find it in the Scientific Program for the Symposium.
