The International Eosinophil Society, Inc. (IES) is now accepting Late Breaking Abstract Submissions for possible presentation at the 11th Biennial Symposium which will be held in Portland, Oregon, USA from 9-13 July 2019.

Please note that late breaking abstracts that are accepted will be placed as poster abstracts at the meeting.
Notes on preparing your Abstract for submission for the 11th Biennial Symposium of The International Eosinophil Society, Inc.
General Directions: For a uniform appearance in the Abstract book, all text should be in Arial 11-point font single-spaced with 1.2” margins at top, bottom and right and left sides. Text (not including title and authors) should be limited to 500 words maximum. Use abbreviations sparingly and define ones that are likely to be unfamiliar within the text.
Title: Upper case letters, bold, and centered.
Authors: Full names, middle initial with period, place of work indicated and attributed with numeric superscripts and full documentation as shown. The name of the author presenting at the meeting must be underlined. The system allows for up to 15 authors to be listed. If you have more then 15 authors please make sure that all are listed on file that is uploaded for them to be used in the final program listing of accpected abstracts.
ABSTRACT ORGANIZATION EXAMPLE
A) Background: A statement of purpose of the study (preferably one sentence).
B)Methods: A brief statement of the methods used. For abstracts reporting clinical research, a sentence or phrase presenting the most important selection criteria for subjects should be included.
C) Results: A summary of the results presented in sufficient detail with statistical analysis to support the conclusions.
D) Conclusions: A statement of the conclusions reached. It is not satisfactory to state, "the results will be discussed," or "other data will be presented," etc.
