Pre-Meeting Clinical Workshop: $150 (early rate)
Tuesday, 11 July from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
A full-day Clinical Workshop on Biologic Therapy in Eosinophil-Associated Disorders: Remaining Questions and Translational Research Opportunities will take place on Tuesday, 11 July at the Braley Centre. The registration fee includes the full day session, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments.
Guest Ticket to the Welcome Reception: $75
Tuesday, 11 July from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Purchase an additional ticket for your guest to attend the Welcome Reception at the Art Gallery of Hamilton on the evening of Tuesday, 11 July.

Optional Afternoon Networking Activities
Thursday, 13 July from 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm
A variety of networking options will take place during the midday break on Thursday, 13 July. These activities may be booked during the registration process and have an additional fee.

Friday, 14 July from 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Purchase an additional ticket for your guest to attend the dinner at Liuna Station on the evening of Friday, 14 July.

Optional Post-Meeting Networking Activities
Saturday, 15 July from 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm and Sunday, 16 July from 8:45 am - 6:00 pm
Networking activities are available for booking during the registration process. These events are scheduled after the meeting ends on Saturday evening, 15 July and for the full-day on Sunday, 16 July. The full-day activity on Sunday, 16 July includes an option to book a transfer directly to the Toronto Pearson International Airport, arriving at 5:30 pm.
12th Biennial Symposium T-Shirt: $30
High quality, jersey knit t-shirts in both men's and women's cut can be purchased in advance of the meeting. T-shirts will showcase the meeting name, location and dates. Size can be indicated on the registration form.

Travel Scholarship Fund
During the registration process, you will be asked to consider donating to the IES Travel Scholarship Fund. Your donation will provide essential funds for young scientists to attend the Biennial Symposium and will be paid directly to awardees to off-set the costs of their registration fee, hotel and travel ($1,000 USD per awardee). Priority will be given to young scientists from low and middle-income countries, under-represented minorities, and applicants with high scoring abstracts.

Individuals choosing to support IES will be recognized on the IES website and during the Biennial Symposium. Donations can be made anonymously if desired.
IES is registered as a 501(c)(3) corporation in the United States. Contributions to IES are tax deductible in the United States to the full extent allowed by law.
Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@eosinophil-society.org by 1 June 2023. A $100.00 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. Refunds will not be given for requests received after 1 June 2023. No shows, early departures and postponed arrivals will not be reimbursed
