Mentorship Program

Are you an early career professional in the field of academic medicine and research, looking for personalized guidance and support? Or are you an experienced researcher willing to share your knowledge and experiences with the next generation? Look no further than the new International Eosinophil Society (IES) Mentorship Program!

Developing a successful career in research and medicine can be challenging, especially when access to mentors is limited at local institutions. The IES recognizes this need and is proud to launch the IES Mentorship Program to connect early career professionals with mentors who have navigated similar paths, particularly in the field of eosinophils.

Program Highlights

•    Personalized Support: Mentors will provide guidance on research papers, grants, interview tips, and more, tailored to your needs.
•    Flexible Commitment: Mentees lead the program and can schedule virtual meetings at their convenience, with a suggested minimum of four 1-hour sessions per year.
•    In-Person Opportunity: Attend the 2025 IES Biennial Symposium for an in-person meeting with your mentor/mentee (contingent on attendance).
