Welcome Reception

Renowned for its rich history and modern innovations, it continues to shape the future of medicine through interdisciplinary programs and cutting-edge research.

Included in the registration fee for registered delegates. Guest tickets may be purchased during registration.

Early Career Networking Reception

Le Verre à Soi

This event will allow all Early Career attendees to meet colleagues and make early connections that can be fostered throughout the rest of the Congress. Join us to learn about the yearly activities of the Early Career Committee, the society’s year-round commitment to young investigators, and how you can get involved.

Le Verre à Soi in Montpellier is a trendy wine bar offering a unique self-service concept with a wide selection of wines, beers, and cocktails.

Included in the registration fee for all Early Career attendees.

Aigues-Mortes

The optional tour offers attendees a chance to explore the local area. It’s an ideal way to relax, network with fellow attendees, and enjoy some leisure time.

Aigues-Mortes is a charming medieval town in southern France, renowned for its well-preserved ramparts and rich history as a 13th-century crusader port. Nearby, the Aigues-Mortes salt marshes, with their striking pink hues and thriving wildlife, offer a unique and picturesque glimpse into traditional salt production.

Awards Dinner

The Awards Dinner is an evening dedicated to celebrating the recipients of IES’s biennial awards. The event will feature a dinner, award presentations, and live music, all creating the perfect atmosphere for networking and celebration.
